We are very pleased to announce that we have been asked to provide some samples to Selfridges of London with 4 of our products with a view to stocking them in their flag ship store.

We are proud to have provided the Archbishop of Canterbury’s Dinner with our heavenly cured Chorizo.

We have had a fantastic start in 2012. Happy New Year to all in 2013!

We moved into The Goods Shed in Canterbury in November and have enjoyed some great custom so far. This year in 2013 we have some wonderful artisan products coming out on a wholesale basis and are expanding our range to offer even more salami flavours.
